This page explains what we do with the information you give us when you enquire about a charter. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Only what you type into an enquiry form or send us by message: your name, a phone number, an email address and whatever you tell us about the day you are planning. We do not buy contact lists and we do not sell ours.
WHY WE HOLD IT
To answer your enquiry, to confirm a reservation and to contact you about that specific charter. If you go on to book, we keep the record for as long as Spanish accounting rules require.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
The crew of the boat you have booked, so they know who is arriving and at what time. Nobody else, unless a supplier you have specifically asked us to arrange something with needs your name for a reservation.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it. Requests go through the contact page.
